In collaboration with MIHO MUSEUM, we invite you to join special programs held in Shigaraki-no-Sato, including guided mini tours and hands-on cultural experiences such as traditional okudosan (wood-fired cooking hearth).
Discover the beauty of rural Japan living in harmony with nature—a way of life still alive today in a relocated Edo-period farmhouse from northeastern Lake Biwa.
You’ll also have the opportunity to visit our model fields cultivated using Shumei Natural Agriculture, the same method that nurtures the ingredients served in the MIHO MUSEUM’s restaurant and café.
※ Please note that starting times, capacity, and fees vary depending on the program. For details, please refer to the event information on the official MIHO MUSEUM website.
